The Wash on Coburg

I recently visited this car wash and was extremely satisfied with the quality of service provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and eager to assist. The facility was clean, organized, and designed to make the entire process smooth and convenient for customers.

The line was stacking up and I had to avoid a collision with someone in front of me that stopped too soon. I didn’t know what to do so I hit my brakes and it made a strange King sound. I had to jump over the rail to avoid contact. When I brought this up to the person on duty, they made it sound like it was my fault and then I should just hit the brakes. They should post something so that other people that are in the similar situation know what to do. It’s very unnerving. I wasn’t really happy with the way I was treated by the individual. He was kind of a smart alec. Very unapologetic and sort of dismissed me. I have two memberships here and I’m rethinking moving to a different car wash where the people are a little more respectful.

I’ve been going to The Wash for May years now, and I am always met with a smile and impeccable service. I’ve had a few different cars that I’ve taken through this car wash and even with the strange angles, this particular car wash always seems to clean the best (compared to other machine washes). The workers also give a quick pre-clean that loosens up the dried on dirt which I think has a huge impact. Thanks guys!

Well I am only giving a 2 star instead of a 1 star cause of the price. I was in need of a decent wash cause a bird pooped on my windshield and when I went through the car wash I had watched the poop slowly get washed away but not completely. Sadly 10% mostly the outline of the bird poop is still on my windshield after the wash which shows me that this carwash is more like a car rinse kind of like when you rinse some dirty dishes off but you know they aren't clean and they still need a wash. However aside from the wash they do offer free tokens for the vacuums and a trash bin for cleaning the interior but as far as car washes go I won't be returning.

Gets the job done & prices are reasonable. I appreciate that you get vacuum tokens when purchasing a car wash- meaning you don’t have to scrounge for quarters. This should be standard across all car washes! Staff was friendly and facility was kept clean.
